Welcome to Lannen’s Lawn & Sprinkler (LL&S) Return Policy. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you may need to return an item. We want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Below you will find our return policy guidelines to help you understand what can and cannot be returned, as well as how to initiate a return.

Time Period for Returns

Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Methods for Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at or by calling (505) 555-1212.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Any items that are damaged or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Receipts and Exchanges

A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. If you do not have your receipt, we may be able to locate your purchase in our system using the credit card used or your name and phone number.

Restricted Items

Certain items are restricted from being returned, including custom orders and special orders.


Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment. If the original payment was made by cash, a check will be issued within 14 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for returned items.


LL&S offers a 5 year warranty on sprinkler valves, shut off valves, and anti-syphon valves. There is a 90 day warranty on sprinkler heads and drip emitters. The warranty is only valid if the system has been winterized annually with proof of receipt.

Items Purchased through Amazon Store

Our return policy does not apply to items purchased through our Amazon store. These items must be returned to Amazon according to their return policy. LL&S is not responsible for any items purchased through our Amazon store.

Equipment Installed in the Ground

Equipment that has been installed in the ground is not eligible for return unless it is defective. Damage caused by anything other than defective parts are not included in the return or warranty policy. For example damage caused by people, pets, nature elements, for example, sand, dirt, and roots are not covered.  Often time dirt from the main water line will damage sprinkler valve rubber gaskets, emittors, and sprinkler heads. Warrant does not cover this damage from nature.
